Executive Partner
Graf Stolberg is founder and majority shareholder of Moorgate & Co, as well as Partner of Moorgate Switzerland and has many years of international investment banking experience. Initially, he worked at ING Barings in M&A with a focus on automotive and industrial manufacturing. He later worked at Cazenove in corporate finance. From 2005 to 2008 he was Managing Director and Partner of the Investment Banking Boutique mayerhöfer & co. His core competencies lie in the areas of M&A, ECM, and financial advisory.
Executive Partner
Diederik van Lede is an Executive Partner with Moorgate & Co since 2012. Prior to joining Moorgate & Co he was a senior advisor with law firms Baker & McKenzie as well as Roedl & Partner in Brussels, Chicago and London, mainly advising on cross-border M&A and corporate finance transactions in Europe, the Americas and Asia. In addition to high scale M&A transactions Mr van Lede mainly worked on business restructurings for Fortune 500 clients as well as several IPO’s. Since 2010 he was active as an independent legal advisor focused on M&A as well as on the restructuring of Small- to Mid-Cap companies. Mr van Lede, a Belgian national, holds degrees from universities in Brussels (law, philosophy), Leuven (law, philosophy), Marburg (law), Madrid (business administration) and Chicago (LL.M.) and is currently registered as a solicitor in England & Wales.
Advisory Board Member & Managing Director Real Estate
An advisory board member since Moorgate & Co’s foundation, Mr Hoeller actively leads Moorgate & Co’s real estate practice out of the Munich office since 2012. With over 30 years of international real estate advisory experience (Metro International, Bourdais, Pramerica), Mr Hoeller’s involvement considerably contributes to the value and smooth running of transactions. Mr Hoeller joined Pramerica Real Estate Investors AG in 1993 where he served as its head of New Business Development, Managing Director, as well as member of the board, Investment Committee and the Allocation Committee. Prior to his engagement with Pramerica Thomas Hoeller lived in New York for 10 years as President of Metro International, Inc.

Mr. Blithe is Executive Partner of Moorgate Switzerland. His expertise lies in principal investment, negotiation, restructuring, and retail trading. Beyond his activities at Moorgate, Mr. Blithe owns and is Chairman of CA Holding (investment management), DeDuDa (e-commerce), and 2die4 (retailing). He specialised in corporate venture and established two enterprises (e-commerce and wholesale trading) while working at Monitor Group. Mr. Blithe is U.S. citizen and fluent in English, German, as well as Chinese, he is a graduate of Harvard University and served on the Board of Harvard Club.
