An advisory board member since Moorgate & Co’s foundation, Mr Hoeller actively leads Moorgate & Co’s real estate practice out of the Munich office since 2012. With over 30 years of international real estate advisory experience (Metro International, Bourdais, Pramerica), Mr Hoeller’s involvement considerably contributes to the value and smooth running of transactions. Mr Hoeller joined Pramerica Real Estate Investors AG in 1993 where he served as its head of New Business Development, Managing Director, as well as member of the board, Investment Committee and the Allocation Committee. Prior to his engagement with Pramerica Thomas Hoeller lived in New York for 10 years as President of Metro International, Inc.

In 1985 Michael Rosenblat founded the fashion and textile company Tom Tailor in New York. In the following years he successfully took the company from an import multi label company into a world-wide renowned single brand fashion corporation. Tom Tailor was successfully sold to a private equity firm in 2005. Besides his activities as a principle investor in the fields of corporate buyout and real estate, Michael sits on the board of several leading European corporations.

Mr. von Wenckstern has many years of strategic and management consulting experience for internationally operating companies. For more than six years he accompanies Graf Stolberg successfully in investment banking transactions. Initially, he worked for Accenture as a consultant with a focus on financial services. From 2004 to 2010 he worked at Corporate Value Associates, a strategy consultancy based in London, primarily for manufacturing and transportation clients. Currently, he participated in and is managing an Online E-Commerce venture in Germany. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy, business planning, organisation, strategic purchasing, customer segmentation, value chain analysis and portfolio optimisation. His senior expertise in the fields of strategic consulting thus is a valuable addition to the firm.
